Though not usually in my mouth. :)

Have a Happy Day Deb!
xo CatherineCatherinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08885238657002176243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6305853571849549221.post-41751192406615940052010-06-16T21:14:19.091-04:002010-06-16T21:14:19.091-04:00Hugo is a smart Cat! I am pretty close to being a vegeterian but I'm taking it slow b/c I am gluten intolerant (as of Dec. 09) and that diet requires a lot of research to maintain. I feel healthier w/o wheat products so I can just imagine how great I will feel when cutting meat out of my diet entirely.
Have you heard of Alicia Silverstone's vegetarian book, "The Kind Diet" or "Carnism" or "Eating Animals"? Those books are great reads and there are some delicious recipes in there as well!the teacher's petshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01196076588030535094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6305853571849549221.post-77710662285764299862010-06-16T19:15:24.379-04:002010-06-16T19:15:24.379-04:00Hugo is a cutie.. Chicken once in a while. Love fish and shellfish, though. If only someone would cook my meals....LOL. I'm more apt to eat a piece of rye bread with some cheese, or have a salad or even a bowl of cereal. Anything but cook.Keahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06809655107065918944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6305853571849549221.post-49411396939094215602010-06-16T18:27:30.795-04:002010-06-16T18:27:30.795-04:00It sounds like a great decision for you! I have been toying with the idea of learning more vegetarian cooking and did get a cookbook. Hmmm now where did I put that? :)Linda @ A La Cartehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16356471099319932835noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6305853571849549221.post-66098958414089836182010-06-16T18:21:17.544-04:002010-06-16T18:21:17.544-04:00I gave up red meat for my 30th birthday, almost 15...I gave up red meat for my 30th birthday, almost 15 years ago; I still eat seafood, however...Have fun with the new diet; I'm sure you will enjoy discovering new dishes with Allie's help...Hugo is a cutie!Jacquelinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08682861905817173908noreply@blogger.com
