John is about to become a father any day now and he lives with 2 young cats. He has been asking questions about getting the cats prepared for the baby and I have enjoyed giving him advise on this. I so look forward to teaching my new grand-child all about animals and how to properly respect them. I just can't believe how fast the years have gone from this day and now.
We are now 9 days over the due date. I say it's a boy and he's just too comfortable to leave.
My post is short today as I am busy with gardening. My feline helpers have been wonderful.
Great post as it is so important to teach children how to touch animals and treat them. I am so excited for you a baby any day now!!
ReplyDeleteThat is so sweet, cute kids and a beautiful young mother! Good luck on the baby coming!!! :D
ReplyDeleteOh, how sweet is that story and how precious is that photograph of you with your children! I wish my mom had taken the time to show me how to pet a barn cat; I had to learn it all on my own. What a great mom you are to show your children about wildlife!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting for you to know that you will soon be a grandmother!
Such a sweet post and a lovely photo of you and your beautiful children...Time goes by so quickly, especially after 40!...Best wishes, I hope your daughter-in-law has a quick, easy delivery; I can't wait to hear all about the new baby!...Take care Deb.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful to have a grandchild on the way! And it just the best thing when children can learn at a young age to respect life ~ especially of those that are smaller and more vulnerable then us.
ReplyDeleteHopefully baby comes along soon! Good luck to mom and dad!
