Cat tip of the day=^..^=Did you know that cats respond more readily to names ending in the 'ee' sound?
Annie, Baby, Buffy, Charlie, Cali, Daisy, Emily, Ginny, Gypsy, Lily, Loly, Lucy, Lucky, Maggie, Milly, Minnie, Misty, Perdy, Polly, Poppy, Rosie, Sadie, Taffy, Tammy, Tippy, Tweetie, and so on........
I picked Annie for the mother of these kittens because it is a delicate name for a delicate little cat and she is an orphan. Orphan Annie.
Would you name your foster kittens before they are adopted? I'm not sure if I will. They are so adorable. The pictures show their skin to be quite red but to see them it is pink. The lightest grey one has one eye almost open.
"Hello World"
All kittens eyes start out blue and will remain so for 12 weeks.
Hugs, Deb
Squeeeee! Oh I miss kittens but not the responsibility of raising them! Thanks for the kitten fix!
ReplyDeleteAwwww! How cute! I guess poor Isabella missed out in the name department...the others are OK! lol Hope you have had a great weekend!...hugs..Debbie

ReplyDeleteI'm trying to quickly do some catching up on my favorite blogs.
ReplyDeleteI love the precious picture of your beautiful granddaughter....the geese are amazing ..I wonder if they'll fly this far......
The kittens are so tiny ....I hope there'll be someone wanting to give them a good home.
I always enjoy looking and reading your blog!
I was a little girl the last time we had kittens in our home. These are precious and I'm so glad you are sharing photos. So tiny and so sweet.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! I don't think I'd name the kittens. It would be more interesting to hear the names their future owners think they deserve, don't you think?
ReplyDeleteAunty Deb,
ReplyDeleteIs that why my Mama calls me Angie sometimes? When she's really really annoyed with me... At other times, it's just Angelina. purrr....meow!
Oh that face! My goodness, nothing could be cuter!
