Our cats have all settled for their afternoon nap...the cat beds are occupied,so too a basket or two, the human bed for the sun worshippers..all so peaceful and I have to do the ironing! I do love to see your latest cupboard arrangement. Jane x
such a beautiful memory keeper you have in that plate, its tryly lovely. The muffins look amazing and I love the little spreading knives , beautiful color!! The kitties look like they are nesting, lol, my china cupboard is full of treasures that have meaning to me, they are all memory keepers from the delicate years old china to the little rocks my son gave me 30 years past, its a mixed bunch!!
Hi Deb, Oh, your kitties look adorable all snuggled into their bed! They know how to enjoy a rainy day, don't they? Your transferware platter is gorgeous! How precious that it came from your Aunt Frances too. It truly is a treasure and I love the scene on it. Transferware is so very charming and each piece always tells a story. That's what I love most about it. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful platter with us at Tea Time today and have a beautiful day.
Your cats are too much! My Tinker is stretched out on his back, fully stretched out, next to the radiator in the sun room! That's how he like to spend cool days! Your cabinet is lovely! Isn't it wonderful to have family treasures? Ruth
Our cats are doing the correct thing for a rainy day--finding snuggly places. How do you manage to maintain displays of china with cats in the house? Your feline tribe must be better behaved than the ones who live with us.
Love your story about your Aunt Frances and the beautiful brown transferware platter. My Mother's name is Frances and she will be 90 soon. She and I are dish lovers. I love your beautiful cabinet with the teapots. The pumpkin muffins is a great treat for fall and best with tea. I always love the photos of your cats for they are so precious and I'm sure they are treated royally by their mistress.
Wiping a tear away as I remember those rainy days and how Bailey would curl up in his bed in my studio. Your dish display always makes me smile--we have that in common! XOXO
Your cats are adorable! Thanks for sharing your beautiful collection of treasures and china. Those pumpkin muffins look delicious. Would love one right now lol. Have a wonderful week. Lisa

Your cats are smart to curl up on rainy day for a nap. It's always nice to inherit some family china, your collections in the two cabinets are nice.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous piece, Deb! You do have quite a few pretties in your two cabinets. I enjoyed seeing them.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful post. Enjoyed looking at all your pictures. Love all your cats!

Displays are put away after photographing and all my cupboards and cabinets have doors. I usually do my 'posts' when they are snoozing.
