Show & tell

Tonight it rained......a downpour I'd call it. I threw open my front door and watched the rain & lightening from my hall. So did all my cats. I could do this because we have added a divine little screen door on our front entrance. I think it is just as cute as can be. Can you see the red streak? That was from a car tail-light as it drove by.
One day last year we spotted this screen door at the end of someone's driveway. It was painted baby blue and it looked rather sad. We brought it home and it took 'til this week for us to finally paint it green to match the front of the house and hang the gorgeous little thing. I think I will get some nice pictures from my hall and if it ever stops raining I will take one from the outside in. Can you tell I love my new door?
