AUDREY
stalking a bird.
I was doing a bit of polishing today. You cannot imagine how dusty a house gets with many little furry ones around.
I love my mother's silverware.
I wondered if I would ever really use it and now I use it every chance I get.
Now, you know I can't get a darn thing done without her help. She thinks it's a game and always wants to join in. Who am I to argue.
SHE is why I use a table cover all week.
Enough of this work...time for tea.
and a cookie or three.
I'm joining http://www.cuisinekathleen.com/this week for 'Let's Dish'
hugs, Deb
That should be needlepointed!! I'll be right over, XOXO
ReplyDeleteAudrey has the sweetest little face.
ReplyDeleteYes, I can imagine how dusty a house gets with furballs running around, I'm constantly dusting or vacuuming.
Your mother's silverware is absolutely gorgeous, lucky you :)

What a lovely teapot! Isn't it wonderful to be using your mom's silver? There's such great continuity in using special things handed down in a family. Of course, your helpful is the perfect colour to go with silver! ~ Maureen
ReplyDeleteSeeing your Mother's silver gives me pangs of regret. That is one of the things I gave to a thrift shop and I so wish I had kept it as a remembrance.
ReplyDelete"She" looks like a great helper! Such a face!! Love your Mom's silver! I have my Mom's also and it is very special to me also. Enjoy your tea with your helper! Hugs, Linda
ReplyDeleteNice looking cookies!!
ReplyDeleteHow well I know about having a houseful of kitties...they are worth the extra work! Lovely silverware.
ReplyDeleteI don't have any pets, but I bet they require doing a thorough cleaning every day to get rid of the hair.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty silverware! Thanks for linking to Let's Dish!
