The more I hear about their health benefits the more I like them. Blueberries are not only popular, but also ranked in the U.S. diet as having one of the highest antioxidant capacities among all fruit. I often mix blueberries and grapes together and keep a container of them in the car while I drive from house to house with my cat-sitting service.
Something else I make sure I have is some freeze dried chicken by Pure Bites for the kitties when I arrive.
Meet Toby. Her and I have become great friends.
"Deb, it's time we talk about your cat addiction."
hugs, Deb
Eating blueberries is a great healthy daily habit! Although there is a berry boom in my country we get them according to the season esp the fresh ones.
ReplyDeleteToby, you are a charming senior lady! And to be honest with you, I share with Deb the same lovely cat addiction♥
Hi Deb! I LOVE blueberries and just can't get enough of them. Now your little new sitter is a cutie and I could tell she's queen of her abode! :)
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Blueberries are of course very tasty!
ReplyDeleteToby looks like a sweetheart.
I eat blueberries every morning in my cereal. I usually get frozen. But I found some recently for $1.99. I'm enjoying fresh blueberries.
