View from the veggie garden. My word!
He's been out and about all weekend with the noise gone. Two beautiful days of sun-shine.
He's a frisky little fella.
The pumps have been working well to empty the hole of water that seeps in throughout the day and night. The dryer it is tomorrow for the footings , the better.
SCORE!
Look at what I found at the side of the road.
Stay tuned...

Simon must be tremendously relieved! And quite the roadside find. Can't wait to see what you do with it!
ReplyDeleteAll those huge boulders are amazing! You could build an extension to the existing rock wall left by your ancestors. I love the pictures of Simon - so glad the big machinery did not scare him away. I think he knows he has a good home! You will have fun fixing up the chair and before long you'll have room for more furniture!
ReplyDeleteI'm in love with those large rocks!
ReplyDeleteYour Simon photos showcase your photography talent. Gail
ReplyDeleteThe mouse-house looks like a little cabin surrounded by a huge earthen wall. You're not expecting an attack, are you?
ReplyDeleteIf I am, it would be the first time I am ready for something. ;-b
DeleteThat's a heck of a chair! A great find!
ReplyDeleteSimon must still be trying to sort out what's been going on.
ReplyDeleteOh gosh, look at little Simon........he's gotten so big and he looks so happy and healthy! What a little cutie! did you say he has a little lady friend now? I love that picture of him perched up there with his bushy little tail hanging down!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen such huge rocks. It's no wonder your grandmother had a rock wall built around the property. Your pictures are wonderful! That little Simon is so cute!
