Audrey would have been eight today. She was taken from us with a brain tumor at the age of six and a half. I don't think I will ever get over her loss; much too young, much too soon.
She is missed every day.

It is painful enough to part with an elderly pet--when they leave us too young, the grief is harder to bear. You shared so much of "Audacious Audrey' with us--I felt that I knew her well.
I am so sorry. She was much too young. I will always remember and love Audrey too. You gave her the best home and the strongest love. You were lucky to have each other. xxx
I believe all of us who knew and loved Audrey through your blog have grieved over losing her. It's got to be hard for you. You and Audrey were quite a pair and sure brightened many days for me. Love, Henny
Anyone who has followed your blog for a long while will know and remember the Audacious Audrey as the cat with the most personality and best photo-shoot model ever. But only you and those close to you knew her private side, the side that you loved more than anything. I know you must miss her as much as I still miss Gypsy, although still so fresh. Sending huge hugs across the miles on this day of all days.
Deb, I think of Audrey often. I enjoy remembering her and her many amusing antics. She was sweet yet feisty with attitude and so much fun to know through your blog. Thank you for sharing her with all of us. Still missing AA, too, and sending hugs to you, Lily
Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.

How lucky Audrey was to have you love her her whole short life. We enjoyed sharing her adventures - she was quite the character.
