Tea-time Tuesday

A pretty tea-cup will always stop me in my tracks.





A cat will do the same.
1 year old Audrey
As you can see, introduction to cat-nip has left no side-effects. 

This is my favorite little blue and white tea-cup.
 I found it at a thrift shop in Almonte, Ontario. I loved the scene on it and the whimsical handle.

 The inside of the cup was just as charming. Oh, I fell hard for this one.


 The scenes are the same on the front and back. So pretty and full of detail.

 Her name is Silverdale and she comes from Hanley, England. I'll be looking for more of these.
Now it's time for tea and I will enjoy this beautiful tea-cup. Margaret's Hope is my choice of tea leaves and Annie (just a little to the left) is my choice of company.

    What a beautiful teacup! No wonder it is your favorite. The kitties do like to keep you company, or be in the loop for what's going on! They are sweet.

    Margaret's Hope is a favourite of my, too! That is such a pretty teacup and would be perfect in my new kitchen scheme. Don't you cats drink you tea if you leave it unattended? ~ Maureen
