When you carry a camera it's hard not to photograph these beautiful subjects.
Because Kane walks with me, most cats will notice us and either watch with a wary eye or slowly make an exit. I keep my distance and try to capture a photo from the sidewalk or sometimes across the road.
This is our dear 'ol Mr. Ed asleep standing up as you can see in his reflection. This is very common for him and I have yet to see him fall over. Not once. Sometimes you can hear him snore.
He was 25 in May and still can balance himself better than I can.
hugs, Deb
Bless his heart! What a sweetie.
ReplyDeleteNice pictures. They would be perfect for Traveling Cats.
ReplyDeleteMr. Ed's a grand fellow.
ReplyDeleteI love the sound of the cats snoring. Chris however...!

They all look very happy!
ReplyDeleteMr. Ed is such a handsome fellow.
ReplyDeleteKiss between Mr. Ed's ears.
ReplyDeleteI think when a cat snores it's adorable. When a human snores I want to elbow in the ribs and contemplate smother them with a pillow. (I never would, though, that would terribly wrong!)
The gray tabby curled up on the steps is adorable. It's amazing that Mr. Ed can sleep perched on a sofa back like that!
ReplyDeleteEd! Darling Ed! We love him so! Please kiss him for us and let him know how much we care. He really is one of life's treasures. God bless him.
ReplyDeleteI would come back as a cat if I could live at your house! What lovely kitties, XOXO
ReplyDeleteMy Dakotah was snoring the other day and I couldn't help but giggle at the sweet sound. Mr Ed sleeps sitting up? That's awesome! Never seen that before. All your neighborhood cat photos are so precious; love the one sleeping on the steps.
ReplyDelete25! - WOW; I say at that age, he can do anything he wants, he's earned the right!!! Thanks for sharing some lovely photos.
