Lazing on a cool, September day.

There are very few streets in our town that do not have a cat or two lazing on a porch or in a window on these cool September days.

When you carry a camera it's hard not to photograph these beautiful subjects.

Because Kane walks with me, most cats will notice us and either watch with a wary eye or slowly make an exit. I keep my distance and  try to capture a photo from the sidewalk or sometimes across the road.

I have a special 'cat in window' photo for you.
This is our dear 'ol Mr. Ed asleep standing up as you can see in his reflection. This is very common for him and I have yet to see him fall over. Not once. Sometimes you can hear him snore.

He was 25 in May and still can balance himself better than I can.
