Don't you love a little surprise in your mailbox?
A lovely card from a fellow blogger; just 'because'.
The nicest little gifts.
Such a bright, happy card with beautiful penmanship inside.
A gorgeous photo taken by Linda of one of her many flowers.
"Thank you, Linda for thinking of me. Hope to meet someday."
Drop over to Woke Up Got Out of Bed
Good thing the resident birds don't carry little whistles. I'd have to be out there much earlier than I am. I MUST have that first coffee...please!
Saw this on a blog so thought my birds deserve some *love*, too. I put this bit of love at the back of the property for the shy birds. ;-)
If you'd like to see more love for our birds, pop over and visit Judy at http://cranberrymorning.blogspot.ca/
One week's worth of home-made suet ready for the freezer. *cheep -cheep*
Kane's mat remains on the floor of the mouse-house. Why? Because someone likes to sleep UNDER it. She's so silly. Keeps me laughin'. :)))
Audrey
"Watch where you're stepping, please."
So there you go; two beautiful blogs to visit. Enjoy!
hugs. Deb

Looks like Audrey has put out the 'Do Not Disturb' sign! LOL Thanks for mentioning my birdie Valentine today. :-))
ReplyDeleteAs much as I'd love to feed the birds in my yard, the thought of bringing them too close to my friendly feral cats keeps me from proceeding. Doesn't seem right! Audrey is like my Chuck; under is always better than on top.
ReplyDeleteI emailed you...hope you got it.
ReplyDeleteJane x
Well of course squirrels would enjoy that!
ReplyDeleteThat Audrey is so funny! Love the card, so pretty.
ReplyDeletehugs,
Linda
I love the heart in the snow - so cute, Deb!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely card to receive . Yup never fails the squirrels are always the first to discover food lol ! That heart is cute though ! Oh Audrey your a hoot lol ! Lovely photos . Thanks for sharing , Have a good day !
ReplyDeleteAs I was filling the feeders today, snow was winging down, and I wished so much that I had thought to make suet. Love the seed heart in the snow; and the floral card is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHello Deb, your little heart for the birds bought such a smile to my face. I also laughed at dear Audrey sleeping under the mat, she is such a treasure. Your card from your friend is just beautiful - I do love snail mail that brightens your day. Hope the winter is bearable for you dear Deb x x x x I would send you some sunshine if I possibly could.
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful cheerful card. I must try the heart sprinkle when I next put out seed as of right now I just dump & get back inside to announce to my fur girls that the bird show is about to begin :)
ReplyDeleteLizzie is wishing dawn was a little earlier -- she runs to the window to await her birds -- which don't seem to fly about much in the dark! Snow here today -- should bring a good feeding frenzy!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the mention Deb....you deserved a card!
ReplyDeleteThat seed heart is precious
Cheers!
Linda :o)
