Mornin' ritual

One call and they are up.

"Mornin' Nan"

"Where's my milk?"

They all have their favorite bowls

She must not touch her whiskers to the edges

Cali will be 18 next month & she likes her pumpkin.
Check out those knee-socks

Someone finds the stairs too comfy to leave.
Buy some new kitty dishes....go on, it's fun. Some cats don't like to drink or eat from plastic bowls. There is no rhyme or reason as to why, but if kitty doesn't drink much water from your current bowl try buying a new & different one. Ensure that his water dish is big enough so that his whiskers do not touch the edges of the bowl. (Suggested in Pet Valu Companion magazine) It doesn't have to be as big as Sierra's bowl...she's just a comedian.

Add 1/2 a teaspoon of pumpkin to your cat's soft food each day. The fibre will keep the cat from getting bunged up. Most cats like it. If they don't then try cooked yam (same amount). No one wants a constipated cat.

Hope you had a fun, busy morning. It's raining cats & dogs here so I'll be baking today.

Hugs, Deb

  1. Deb I can never get enough of the fun photos of your feline household. Charlie likes a glass bowl and so he has a Pyrex bowl for water and cute 'kitty' dishes for his wet food! He also has to have his water in a different part of the house from his food. I will try some pumpkin for him!!

  2. Hi! I love your blog. Thanks for passing through mine and leaving a comment.Im now a follower, cant wait to read about all your adventures, lol.Your Granddaughter is lovely.

Happy wednesday ahead!Oh by the way thanks so much about the Pumpkin, I never knew that.I do have a 3 year old that needs something like that once in a while.I have been putting crushed up wheat flakes cereal on his food.

  3. You know, I have given a Cat an enema. I don't recommend it. For either party.
