Our little Riley at one year of age. She is walking now so I'll be wearing my runners on our days together.

My heart just overflows with love
It is 9pm and I'm heading out to walk Kane. 3 walks in today and I'd say I have broken in my new runners. Since I've been walking more I have been sleeping better. So, if you are an insomniac you may want to get yourself some runners 'cause this is the cheapest sleep medication going.
