A recipe

I'm taking a moment to give you this recipe as it was requested by one of my followers.
Fresh out of the oven last night.

Upside Down Apple Cake
2 eggs
1 1/4 c of white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup of oil
6 tbsp. orange or apple juice.
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
12 apples sliced
1/2 tsp cinnamon

In pan sprinkle apples in bottom with 1/4 cup of the cinnamon and sugar. In a bowl, beat eggs, 1 cup sugar & vanilla. Add oil, orange juice alternately with the dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Spoon batter all over apples.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Top with whipped cream and cinnamon when cooled.

Please try this. You'll love it.

Spending a few free moments with Bree

14 ounces of furry. She is too precious for words.

I'll miss our Allie at dinner so much today as she travels through South America. Sending my love to you Allie if you are reading this. Love you, Mom.
She sent me this yesterday. I may never sleep again.
hugs, Deb
