Crack open the stinky stuff, she's turning one.

I can't remember life without her.

And she's only 1 today.

I've had fun getting to know this little lion.

I've loved her since she was 3 days old. Here she is at 10 days.

2 weeks

and I am pretty proud of what a nice adult cat she has grown to be.
I guess she was meant to stay with us along with her mom, Annie.

They were once inseparable. Now mom is known to hide on her.

Some days she has the devil in her
I swear those are horns, not ears.

But she keeps us laughing and that is worth a lot.

Of course, she's full of the shenanigans but now it's done with more class. She is now an adult.

Right, Audrey?

I asked her, "What would you love for your first birthday, monkey?"

Her eyes said...."Moths, and lots of 'em"

Easy. "Happy Birthday Audacious Audrey. We love you."

hugs, Deb

  12. Deb...my tuxedo cat, Newtie, who lived to be 17, used to sit under lamps as well...I think it is because it feels nice and warm...they look so funny like they're wearing a big hat! His brother Isaac lasted only 7 months after Newtie died...they were known as Isaac and Newton !

So sorry to hear about the Mama Kitty and 8 little ones. It is heart breaking. I hope and trust they will find homes along with all the rest. Thank you for all you do to help them.

  18. Your Audrey is gorgeous. But obviously not just a pretty face! I've had 2 solid gray cats, a boy and a girl, and they were also ripsnorters. I call them Blue Meanies.
