There is far too much chocolate in this house. I wish my kids would clean me out. There is a box of mixed chocolates on the end table in the living-room, truffles & another box of mixed bons bons in the step-back cupboard and more in the kitchen cabinet. Oh yes, and there is eggnog hot chocolate, Bailey's hot chocolate and just plain old hot chocolate and marshmallows in the pantry. It's a nightmare that I can't wake up from. I'm surrounded by chocolate and it's moving in on me. Lord, have Mercy.
Downton Abbey is about to start again soon. The cats and I are waiting with great excitement.
They think everything is all about them. Well, why wouldn't they?
PBS - Sunday Night. Be there.
hugs, Deb
I have the same problem with the chocolate...I'm thinking about shipping it to a friend. She can take it to her office and give it away.....I have no will-power to resist the temptation !!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I am sooooo enamoured of DA, I've even got a Pinterest board on it...lol.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason I don't get to see it on PBS, and have to wait for the library to get the video in, and then scramble to get my name on the list. I just, just watched season 2 during the Christmas season..
This video is wonderful...Cattown Abbey, yes m'lord.

My daughter and I are so excited we just can't stand it. I think I will make scones.
ReplyDeleteAw, yes.
DeleteLOL! I'm cleaning all the chocolate out around here single-handedly! Well, almost. Evan may be showing some lack of restraint, too. Next week it all has to go...
ReplyDeleteI still haven't seen that show though I know many, many people who LOVE it! Enjoy! blessings ~tanna
LOVED to watch Cattown Abbey , it seems much better than the Downtown Abbey :)
ReplyDeleteOh is it Sunday it starts! I am so excited as I finally decided to watch the first two seasons and fell in love! Oh and I'm hoping the chocolate will be gone by next Monday! I'm starting my 'healthy' eating plan then! Hugs, Linda
ReplyDeleteHi Deb,
ReplyDeleteWe've got the same "problems" around here...
Way to much chocolate, Downton and -Cattown Abbey!
And...
I'm loving it!!!
Hahahaaaa...
The number of cats in and around this household is slowly but steadily increasing.
LOL,
Gabi
Thanks for the reminder =)
ReplyDeleteI can hardly wait to see the pretty dresses (yes, I know I'm shallow!)

Actually, I really like Mary but that Mr. Bates is an interesting chap.
DeleteChocolate all around me and my resolve is nowhere to be found! I plan on starting to bike to a community hall and back on Monday. Will do that three times a week and hoepfully it will keep the chocolate off my hips :)
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love Downtown Abbey. I own both Season One and Two on dvd. Can't wait for tomorrow!

and the critters in the cottage xo
That video is so funny! I haven't seen Downton Abbey but I know tons of people love it. Might have to check it out one of these days.
ReplyDeleteI got rid of all my chocolate and now chocolate is all I want! I may have a problem...haha.
Great video!
ReplyDeleteI am soooooo excited about the return of DA and will have popcorn instead of the scones.
Yes, anxiously waiting on Downton Abbey here too. Loved that video, LOL!
ReplyDeleteAll that chocolate sounds like a nice problem to have but of course it does come in the way of any kind of healthy plans.
I'm a Downtown Abbey fan too! Chocolate sounds good to me--especially dark, which is good for you:-D
ReplyDeleteFirst, thank you for finding me. Second, your blog is so delightful, so funny and personal. And I don't even like cats that much, I'm allergic, (are dog people allowed to read your blog?) but your sweet cat kissing window perching pics are adorable. There is too much chocolate in your house too? My granddaughter had a school fundraiser selling chocolate. Good grief, I bought pounds. Downton Abbey was last night (oh sigh), I watched it again today! Bliss, it was the best ever!!
