What made you smile today?

Watching the sun rise this cold, wintry morning

with my Annie.

My blue & white

Thinking of Lily, and although I miss her more than I can express with words, having shared life with this beautiful little soul for as long as I did leaves a smile on my face.



And most of all, wishing my son, John, A Very Happy 31st Birthday.

I am so proud of him.

    The sun rising , my Miggs , the birdies , my Harley and the fact that I live in a beautiful valley makes me smile every day and now the fact that spring is in the air waiting for the Robins and the clocks change an hour ahead this weekend ! !     We hope that spring arrives soon to your little new home. It made us smile today to see some rain with thunder and lightening. Our little country has been so dry this summer, the gardens need it.

    Secretly we love winter clothes, so it is nice to put some layers on.
