Sweet revenge

How many mornings has this 'darling' cat taken to waking me up far too early to pop open a can of stinky goodness. I lost count.

So, today when I saw her like this...

I was out for revenge.

"AUUUUUUUUUDREEEEEEEEEEEEEEY''

"audrey...ARE YOU ASLEEP?"

"I know how you love your nose rubbed."

"She's playing with her life here."


"Audrey, would you get up and serve me my breakfast, please."


"EEEEEYOWWWW!"


OK...so I have a sore finger now but without a word of a lie I found that very satisfying. I'm just a little afraid to go to sleep tonight, though.

    Okay, this is the cutest yet! I needed a laugh this morning. But that is so true. Kitty cats sure don't mind waking you up by walking across your head early in the morning when they are hungry. Then they can sleep all day.

    Deb, you did take your life, er finger into the danger zone!! I must admit I have enjoyed waking Charlie up once in awhile when he has been annoying me to get up. Sweet Revenge!

    Sometimes, we try to pay them back for the early morning wakeup calls! The hubby scoops up Angel, when she's fallen asleep after dinner, and he carries her around the house. But she hasn't learned...she's the alarm clock the next morning...again!
