Audrey
While sitting in the 'waiting room', the little sisters got plenty of attention. No offers of adoptions, though. Audrey still waits for a home. Honest to Pete, I would have scooped her up in a minute if I had room for one more. . I think she's all that and a bag of cat treats. Bree was tired after her ordeal at the shelter so she slept as soon as we returned. I think of her as the 'little baby' as she was always the most needy and teeny. She also loves to snuggle. Don't you just love these self-photos...oh they are bad but I just couldn't resist.
While I was at the shelter I managed to get one 'cat in window' photo outside the cat-room. Sweet girl.
hugs, Deb
They are such cuties,Deb! I hope they find homes soon, too! Happy week!...hugs...Debbie
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog. I love the photo of the pony and kitty too. So darling. I love how your blog is a mix of kittys and teacups and sweet vintage items. Perfect! I love your kitties. I missed my cats while I was gone for a week. I went into some artsy shops in Nashville and there were two cats who "run" the shop. One of them jumped up on a stool and put his paws up on my shoulders and wanted me to pick him up. He was a big boy and let me carry him all around the shop. It was nice as I was missing my sister kittens. Hugs and Tweets!
ReplyDeleteHi Deb,
ReplyDeleteHas a fecal culture been done on Annie for any parasites/bacteria. I adopted two kitties from our local shelter 2 years ago and a week after they came home, Roxie started have loose stools with blood in them, it didn't matter what we did, food change..deworming nothing made a difference. This went on from Oct through April. We sent a few samples away for testing and finally we got a positive result for clostridium bacteria. I did one 10 day round of metronidazole and she has been fine ever since.
She acted perfectly fine as well just had loose stools. She ate good, played etc.
Annie has been through so much I hope things start working right for her. She is definetely in the right place with you to destress and get lots of loving!
Oooh if I could convince my husband to drive across Ontario, I would be there to snatch that Audrey..how could anyone not want her! I know her special family is out there somewhere!
I'm hoping Annie will feel better soon. That Audrey is a doll and I can't believe someone hasn't just fallen in love with her yet. Well soon I'm sure! Love the kitty in the window...you do get the best shots. hugs, Linda
