if you look closely, Audrey does NOT look like a domestic cat...she has the face of a lion or tiger...look at her jaw, her nose, the expression in her eyes. Amazing...she doesn't have the "classic" kitten appearance.
Oh my goodness, seeing these darling kittens is killing me. They are so incredibly sweet. And this picture of Audrey is amazing. I noticed immediately that she looks like a lion--something in the nose and eyes and mouth. It's so hard to see these kittens and not be able to scoop them up and love on them. Can you really let them go, Deb?! You've done a terrific job helping Annie raise them. I love Annie too.
She is beautiful. If we weren't at our three-cat limit, I know Gordon would take her in a heartbeat. I'd take her mommy. Sending good thoughts for them all. I know you are working hard at finding them homes!
Little lion cub girl! She will find a home with someone who is crazy about the "great cat" look. I was initially drawn to a a senior I adopted , who I named Cubby, because his cauliflower ears made made them appear to sit low on his head and he looked like a lion cub. He's a total love, of course. Love her little bright eyed face!
Goodness, Audrey, that look is potent =)

ReplyDeleteI know, Caren. Isn't she something? She looks like a miniature lion full of spit and vinegar.
ReplyDeleteWhen she stares at me it is hypnotising.

ReplyDeleteConnie, you're right! Those eyes show so much thought, understanding. Wisdom beyond her years. Very evolved. Indeed an old soul.
