Sauteing
brussels sprouts in olive oil, onion, garlic, basil, thyme, oregano & pepper and actually enjoying them. I used to always steam them. Not anymore.
My dog,
Kane. He always makes me happy.
At thirteen he is still healthy but fighting environmental allergies. He is on meds for the Fall months so he looks a little dopey. Here he is after shredding the wrapper my sandwich was in. He so enjoyed that. *grin*
