Another cheap toy and Blacksheep Inn tonight

It's snowing a little today. That's not even funny. It won't stay though.
I'll keep in mind that tonight we go to see Rose Cousins at the Blacksheep Inn in Wakefield, Quebec.
Gary loves her voice and this will be my introduction to her. She is an Atlantic Canadian singer and song-writer.

Cat-tip-for-the-day=^..^=another cheap toy
I don't have photos for this one but here's what you do.
Drop in to your local thrift shop and pick up some baby socks for .25 - .50 cents.
Fill the toe with catnip.
Tie the top tight with a short piece of raffia.
Throw on floor.
Enjoy the show.
If I wait long enough, Sierra will give me her famous 'Lion' look.
Have a wonderful Friday. I have a very busy weekend ahead and will fill you in next week.

Hugs, Deb

  1. Sounds like you're going to have fun! Fill us all in later.

  2. Yes! A catnip filled ANYTHING around here gets many interested (and subsequently stoned) parties!

  3. Great tip here, I am going to do that for inside Sage. The two outside do that with mice..they are the best! ;D

  4. We've had a few beautiful day with a lot of our snow melting. Now there is predications of snow for the next two days. Honestly....

    Cute cat toy trick!!

    Happy weekend Deb!

Hope the snow melts and spring arrives for you!
