It's raining today and will be for a few days. Mr. Ed & his love Lily know where to spend the morning.
My cats won't step outside in the rain like this gorgeous orange tabby.
My cats seem to know it is wet on our deck and have found their favorite spots to sleep.
Sierra likes to sleep on the blanket that matches her coat. This used to be my yoga blanket until she spotted it. She's very fashionable like that.
More keys need to be picked up today for cat-sitting. Another new client this week and that I always find quite exciting.
I am also gathering up items to take up to our local shelter later in the week. I have some stainless steel dog bowls of Kane's that I have replaced and I am sure they can use them. Canned cat food is also always needed.http://www.lanarkanimals.ca/
Our local shelter has a new challenge ahead for them. The town of Carleton Place has lost their animal control kennel and now when a dog or cat is picked up in our area it will be taken to the Lanark Animal Shelter to be put up for adoption. I am very happy about this because the facility is much better but it means more cost for the shelter. It needs our support now more than ever.
hugs, Deb

Is that Lily and Ed snuggling? How cute!
ReplyDeleteThose pictures are so very cute.
ReplyDeleteIt's so funny and cute that Sierra got your yoga blanket :-)
ReplyDeleteOrange kitty in a rain coat is pretty! But it's a good idea to stay home and nap on a rainy day :-)
Awww; Mr. Ed & Lily are just the bomb. Really.
ReplyDeleteSierra is gorgeous too; but Mr. Ed's paw under Lily's neck takes the adorable prize.
Thanks for sharing them.
