What made you smile lately?

A walk with Kane through the bush

"Wait up, 'ol man"
"Honestly, Kane. What kind of herding dog would you have made when you are always miles ahead."
"Where's your sheep, Kane?"
"I dunno, behind me somewhere."

hugs, Deb

  1. All I can say is...I wish I lived near, XOXO

  2. Deb you are so special! That face of his made me smile also. hugs, Linda

  3. "HE" is very special. His *2-leggeds* must love him very much to trust him to your tender care. Hugs to you both!

  4. Aww...Deb, so glad the little guy is better today. You are something. I'm sure your walks with Kane are so fun! Lovely walking area too!
Thanks for popping in to see me.
    Be a sweetie,
    Shelia :)

  5. He needs tons of kisses, I do believe. I'm glad your TLC was just what he needed.

  6. What a sweet lovely boy,and I'm so glad he is feeling better today.

  7. We are overjoyed Toad is feeling better. And very relieved! We have come to love this kitty boy, with his unique markings and deep, soulful eyes. What do you think was wrong with him?
Some kitties like to be alone if they are feeling unwell and others become anxious and unsettled if they don't have a human at their side. Toady just needed some of your old cat sitter magic.

  8. And because you love what you do, means you are super good at what you do. Those are lucky cats left in your care!

  9. You are meant to take care of all of these furchildren when their humans are gone. We still wish you lived in SC!

  10. Poor sweetie, it must feel worse being sick and home alone. I bet he was pleased to have you playing nurse with him.

The flowers are pretty and the walk with Kane looks nice. We are longing for summer weather here.
