What made you smile today?

Knitting two of my favorite colours together
to make a wrap-scarf.

My kitchen company this morning watching me make a smoothie.

This beautiful clay Easter bunny pot

Enjoying the last of the African Violet blooms

Finding one more surprise to add to my little cupboard for the grands at Easter.
Due to Audrey finding it and trying to make it her lunch, it is missing a few feathers.

Darling 'ol Lily sleeping after eating up all her prescribed breakfast. She loves it. :)
So good.

Hope you had something to smile about, too.

hugs, Deb

  1. Jane stole my comment!
    Smiled with Miss V....
Smiled that Lily is feeling better...
Smiled at the pic of wee Gwen that I missed♥️
    Did I mention Miss V♥️
Trim those flower'll get more blooms!
    Enjoy you chilly evening....nice knitting!
    Linda :o)

  2. Yup this post made me smile to. Lovely photos and I do like that colour combination for your wrap . Thanks for sharing . Have a good evening !

  3. Hearing that Lily enjoyed her new food and seems content made us smile.
And your Easter "goodies" did as well :)

the critters in the cottage xo

  4. Love your color choices. They are University of Texas orange and white!!

  5. Audrey!!!

Your kitchen company knows you need strict supervision.

  6. Seeing sweet kitties always makes me smile. I love seeing them when they are sleeping with a paw over their eyes.

  7. Such delightful photos! I will admit to wearing a frown a lot; the cold weather has taken some of the spring from my step, and yet warmer temps are predicted soon. Seeing flowers and cats sleeping in sunpuddles will gladden my heart.

  8. Sweet post! My Mom is looking so much better today and that is something to smile about for sure!

  9. Sweet, sweet Lily. I hope she does well! That Audrey--trying to eat the chick! :-)

  10. Your post made me smile ! New lambs, fresh coffee, ducks doing what ducks do, waddle & swim. The scarf is going to be pretty.

  11. I love it all Deb....each picture made me smile....especially your darling Lily! Thank you for making my day!

  12. Your kitchen company is really adorable! At the art sale I did a couple of weeks ago, a potter makes a knitting bowl with a long, curved gap (kind of like a tail) in the side of the bowl -- you put your yarn in it. They were a bit expensive but I thought very creative and probably very useful!

  13. Cute posts from my fellow bloggers can always bring a smile to my face.

  14. So glad Lily likes her prescribed food. That will make it so much easier for both of you. Kitties make me smile. Your beautiful pictures (especially cats in windows) make me smile.

  15. So many sweet Easter decorations!
