Try ping-pong

Say "hello"  to my kitty-client, Chase.
He is one half of the brother-team of Buddy and Chase.
He wants you to know that his very favorite toy in the whole wide world is a ping-pong ball.
When I arrive to care for the boys there is a basket on the table filled with toys for them to amuse themselves with while their owner travels. Amongst all the toys are many white ping-pong balls. So, of course, we play with them. Chase goes nuts.

I introduced the ping-pong ball to Audrey and she, too, went nuts. So, I recommend, as a very cheap little toy, to introduce your cat to the ping-pong ball. They are safe (no silly bells or other small items inside that the cat can swallow) and they provide the cat with lots of fun and exercise.

The last of my daisies. They have been wonderful during some of the coldest weather we have had in years. Just coming in the door, looking to the right and seeing them on the table lifts my spirits. Flowers will do that.
Today it was very cold but very sunny and Sierra soaked it up, once again.

And the best part of the day... breakfast out with Riley.

She's now ordering her own meal and I think she ate more than I did today. She's growing and will be 3 this Spring.

I finished up today with all of this weeks kitty-clients. I'll be starting with new ones tomorrow; one I haven't seen in over 2 years. I am so looking forward to spending time with this black beauty.

I'm joining Bernideen at http://bernideensteatimeblog.blogspot.ca/ for Open House hugs, Deb

  2. One of my cats is terrified of the sound of a ping pong ball. He's fine with a squeaky mouse and a chirping blanky but ping pong balls are another matter! Funny boy, but we love him.

My kitties love the neon yellow ping-pong balls best but actually any will do.

  4. Ping Pong balls are wonderful toys for Kitties, especially if placed in a bath tub! They move so well on the hard surface and round corners and they can't espcape the kitty under the furnature! We had one cat that so loved them! She would bat them up into the air and how they would bounce in the tub! Thanks for the happy smile from remembering her at play.

  8. Thanks for the ping pong ball tip! I can't believe your cats don't take the flowers out of the vase. Mine do and then usually knock the vase over trying to drink out of it.

    1. Audrey did that as a kitten but soon lost interest in it. I can give you a long list of other things she did not give up, though.

  9. My brood adore ping pong balls, however when I give them the balls to play with, one by one they seem to disappear. I have no idea what they are doing with them!!!

  11. I am courious to see if Audrey will give up her Q Tip addiction now that she has been introduced to the ping pong balls. Given her personality she might alternate between the two rather than give up anything.

  13. Chase is a grand looking fellow...

My mom has tended to ball up aluminum foil in the past into a ball and tossed it at the cats. They seem to like that.

event taking place (such as the launching of a new

  17. Apparently, the duct tape, or any other tape, suffocates
the wart as it cuts off oxygen and alloww the body's immune system to kill the wart. Small and soft skin growths acquired on the skin are called skin tags. This sounds drastic but as long as you pay due care and attention when carrying the task out the removal should happen without a hitch.

business move. But many people don't know how to earn profits this way. Just use the three principles you would for any business: buy at a price you can afford; sell for more than you paid, and sell in a measurable time frame.
