It's tea-time

It's raining so I'm getting out a pretty tea-cup to brighten up the day.

I think a pumpkin tea would be good today.
This is a shabby little cupboard with the original paint that came from our cottage.

Even her stamp is extra pretty.

"Take a bow, gorgeous"
Funny that I'm all alone in the dining-room today. But then again, it is raining and I always know where to find her on a rainy afternoon.

If it's raining in your area why not brighten up your day and use your pretty china.
I'm joining up with http://bernideensteatimeblog.blogspot.ca/ for Friends Sharing Tea, .http://sandimyyellowdoor.blogspot.ca/ for Tea-time Tuesday and http://antiquesandteacups.blogspot.ca/ for Tuesday Cuppa Tea.

  2. A cuppa tea sounds delightful, but I think I'm going to bake something to go along with it. It's overcast here, but no rain yet. Audrey is so adorable...does she ever get sat on accidentally?

    1. Well, we do have to look before we sit, that's for sure. It's just automatic now.

  14. Does Audrey get under the covers? I'm certain she is Maeve's missing twin! I was trying to remember the name of the pattern on the tea cup when you showed the backstamp. Old gals like me need not so subtle hints to remember stuff. lol ~ Maureen

  16. The Jubilee Rose pattern china and your photo frame couldn't be more lovely together. And speaking of lovely, Jess' wedding photos are just amazing! So simple and elegant. They look like they could be from a fashion magazine layout for Ralph Lauren.
    Kisses to little Audrey.
