Watching Fall's beauty

This maple tree sits at the end of our driveway.
It is so gorgeous at this time of year.
When the sun shines the colours are magnificent.
Looking out the dining-room window you are over-whelmed by it's beauty.

Annie takes in the beauty of the leaves floating to the ground from her
spot under the dining-room table.

                                               She, too, loves the Fall.
And she's lucky she doesn't have to rake them all up later.

hugs, Deb

  6. We have three beautiful maples, but oh, the leaves that will cover the front yard:-( I loved when we lived in Connecticut on 5 acres and the leaves just blew away! Annie looks so at peace, XOXO

  8. Oh Deb, I'm about to cry! I think this is the first photo of Annie where I've not seen a hint of sadness or wariness in her eyes. This makes me happier than happy. Bless you for giving her life back to her.
Your maple is outstanding! Nothing like that where I live. How can you resist those gorgeous leaves. They'd look so lovey tucked into my bowl of pine
    cones.
