6 more days 'til Spring

For the last few days I have been consumed by the horror in Japan. I find it hard to think of anything else. It certainly puts everything into perspective, doesn't it? My heart aches for those people. I wonder how much they can take as the news seems to get worse every day.
I'm appreciating the little things these days. 6 More days 'til Spring. The sun felt good today. Ed agrees.
After visiting 6 cats that needed care this morning, Kane and I headed out after lunch for a long walk. I bought new rubber boots but there is still snow around so I'm wearing the old winter boots for today. Did you see what I did with last years' rain boots? No waste here. These photos are from last summer.

A very sad looking area of our yard needed some colour and life so I sat them there while we worked on improving the grass. Lily is our feline gardener.

This is my last day with Guinness, Addy & Lucky.
I will miss them so much. That is the one problem with this service.....I get very attached. I can only hope the owners love to travel.
I'm just heading over to spend time with this little cutie-pie.
"Oh, you little doll! Look at the eyes on this beauty."
She is Very shy but lets me pet her. She lives with this silly-willy...
A vision of beauty too and a nut case. Loves the cat-dancer.

I don't have a picture yet of my new little grey tabby boy that I am caring for. He wouldn't stay still for one second today. He is a work in progress.:)

Hugs, Deb
