Happy Easter

I just wanted to pop in to wish everyone a Happy Easter.
I know...it's one we won't soon forget.
We will miss our family and there will be no Easter egg hunt in the woodlot (even though the day will be perfect for it weather-wise) but it is important to stay home and stop the spread of this virus.

Sending love to everyone and please stay healthy.

Cozy Wilson by the fire.

I tried to create an Easter tree. Yep...what was I thinking.

It lasted one hour.

And we are back to bare branches again. ;-) Maybe when she's a little older.

hugs, Deb

  1. It lasted one hour - but oh what a glorious hour that was for a special little lady! My what a big yawn Wilson has in that picture. I sure do love your wood stove. I bet it is really nice to sit in front of on a cold night.

This is a sad Easter without family but we are all doing what is best. You two be careful, stay well and have a good Easter enjoying one another's company along with Cora and Wilson of course!

  3. It seems strange to even say "Happy" Easter doesn't it? But love your pics! As for the Easter tree - we had one once, doesn't work too well around cats...

  5. Happy Easter! I love your egg tree and that sweet egg with the bunny. Yeah, when she's older. Or when you have a really tall spot for it. I will bring out mine today; I just haven't yet. But even though it will be different this year, it really all is lovely and we are lucky to be alive to be able to celebrate. Big hugs.

  9. Deb, I just love finding a post from you...so how in the world did I miss your last one! Cora is adorable! Looks to me like she is determined to reach the little grey bunny. and Wilson in his "Wilson" box makes me laugh. I LOVE your wood stove!! A wood stove has been on my "want" list for years now. Hope you had a happy Easter. It was different for us too. I hope this virus settles down soon and we all can get back to normal. Take care and stay safe.
