A balancing act

Ed is always such a gentleman. After enjoying his own portion, here he is helping Lily finish her snack this morning. Such a trooper.
Notice his back leg is out to the left of him. That is his damaged leg from last Fall when he tumbled off the couch. He balances himself best this way when he eats. He is still getting around on it. Bless his heart at 25 years of age now.

Meet one of this weeks kitty-clients, Madi.
She tumbles on her side when I enter the home and purrs so you can hear her in the next town.
What a joy this cat is. 
Beautiful, green-eyed Madi.
This is a very busy week for cat-sitting. I'll have more to show you soon.

    Ed is such a gentleman. He looks like he absolutely loves Lily and I think the feeling is mutual for Lily. Lovely picture.

    Dapper Ed and Miss Lily are so sweet. I am happy to see both of them eating! Blessings upon them.

    My Charlie is a 'helper' like that also! Mr Ed is such a sweet guy and I love how he and Lily are so close.

    Such sweeties! Yes, Ed is a gentleman. My kitty Waddles lived to be 21. She was a treasure.

    Good on mr Ed. 25 is a grand old age indeed. Lots of oldies tumble off the couch, but glad he has recovered.

    Madi is gorgeous! My Manny Bog does that too and also has beautiful big green eyes. He's so trusting of me now, he always lets me rub his belly, unlike my other cat, Spunky who seldom shows me her belly.

    We can never get enough photos of darling Ed and sweet Lily. Just seeing the two together is so heartwarming. But something else too! I always feel a glorious sense of hope when I see these two. Hope and something positive and foreword looking. I just can't explain it except they give me hope.
