Cat-tip & China

Cat-tip-for-the-day=^..^=making kitty drink more

I was given a good tip from one of my followers at http://kjellebus.blogspot.ca/ on how to get more liquid into your kitty.
Here's how she explained it to me...

"My mom got a good tip from a catbehavorist on how to fool cats to drink moore !

You mix tunawater with water and put it in a icecubebox and put in in the freezer with a note           that it´s for the cats !

Your husband will not be happy if his Whiskey taste Tuna :)

Give your cat 1 icecube a day in the bowl and voila you "fool" your cat to drink moore :) "

Audrey thanks you from the bottom of her heart, Kjelle bus.

and for you china lovers...

2 of my mother's tea-cups

Hand decorated
Hand painted

I wonder what the difference is?
Switch the saucers and they still look pretty.

I have lots of tea-pots. Here are a few.

and some for little hands

I have to do the cupboard up with Riley's dishes for you to see next.

To all my American friends, have a Happy Memorial weekend.

I'll be joining http://dianaevans.blogspot.ca/ for Sweet Saturday.

hugs, Deb

  6. O O O O Shaking hand in air. I can answer your question. While both hand decorating and hand painting are beautiful there is a difference and a difference in worth. Hand decorating is using a stencil or transfer and you can ususally tell because the pattern is virtually perfect. Hand painting is painted on by a gifted artist and you can pick up subtle mistakes if you are looking for them. Either way being your mom's favs makes them both priceless.
What happened to Audrey--- all of a sudden she looks growed up!
    See you at 2!

  14. Hi Deb, what a pleasant place to visit with your cats - you all the way in Canada and me in Louisiana. I used to drain the water from the can of tuna for my cat, but I never thought about mixing water with it. Makes sense. But oh how she'd come running when she heard the can opener. Enjoy. Blessings Terri http://morningdewdrops.com -- PS The picture of the cat in that old unpainted barn/house is a true winner!
