A late celebration of Easter but wonderful, none-the-less.

The family gathers to enjoy a meal, drink some wine, eat too much chocolate and watch 'Harvey' with Jimmy Stewart.

The table always starts with daisies.

I love how we must squeeze in a little chair for Riley, now. She eats with the big guys.

Dinner is buffet style then head to the dining-room.

Still take time to hunt for Easter eggs.

I love having them all home for dinner. Cats do, too. They are tuckered out from the day.

Most of the kitties I have been cat-sitting will be welcoming home their owners today.

I have lots of new ones to love up this week. Along with our German Shepherd friend, Helma. Can't wait.

Hugs, Deb

  4. It is nice having everyone at the table. I am looking forward to 2 extra little chairs next year!! Family IS the most important thing. Love Riley's bunny ears hairstyle.

  5. Thank you for your lovely comment. I hope you had a wonderful Easter with your family. Interesting about the cat sitting, my sister is a large animal house sitter. Basically it means she will go to peoples' homes and take care of their animals in their home, from cats to large animals including horses and cows. She has been doing this for many years and her clients have come to depend on her. Her specialty is the large animals because not many people who own horses can find someone who is willing to come and take on such a responsibility so they can take a vaccation. My sister also has 4 cats of her own. Nice to have met another animal lover.

  6. you have such a beautiful family!! Ohhh I LOVE the color of your dining room!
Riley's little pigtails are too precious!
