All mine.

Cats love their people but they also love their 'stuff'.
Like Tigger, for instance. He loves his scratching post and stakes claim to it.

While his side-kick, Belle, loves her scratching post and has personalized it to the best of her ability.

Would they miss their scratching posts if suddenly they became unavailable?

Oh yes, they think. That would be a CATastrophe.

These are two of my gorgeous charges this weekend. Lots more coming.

hugs, Deb

  1. Hopefully my comment went thru........

    1. Apparently not?
      I love your new header...
Hope you got some free time this weekend....
      Those cats are purrrrrrrfect!
      Linda :o)

  2. Oh those scratching post look well-used and definitely appreciated. Yesterday I blogged about our dear old Ginger enjoying their new scratching post. Love your new kitty-charges. Purrs Jo

  3. I know a certain kitty who would love this! Beautiful kitty babies today! Hugs to you Deb!

  4. I think I've bought every form of scratching object available and none of my cats were ever interested. I'm green with envy.

  5. In our home, all cats prefer the big sofa to scratches and put down your nails... the big scracthers are only the second choice... =)

  6. They're a beautiful pair of cats. I have noticed territoriality in cats, when they're sharing the same house.

  7. So many beautiful cats. Sure wish my husband would agree to just one more cat. We have only two.

  8. They're a beautiful pair! I love how each cat has a scratching post of their very own. And that these two loves actually use them!

  9. Tigger reminds me so much of dear Gypsy. It is comforting to see him so gracefully curled! Orange boys are the best (even though you don't have favorites, I know!)
