No puppy-dog tails for Nigel

Well, I tell ya...I have never been so popular. Since I was driving through Pakenham today, I made it a priority to stop by the bake-shop to stock up on their lemon poppy-seed loaf cake. Yes, I can bake my own but I don't have a lot of time to spare. You see, I am getting more company for tea these days. Hmmmmmm

Right next to this building,  is the Pakenham General Store that includes the best bake shop for miles. They make muffins, cookies, loaf cakes, many different breads, tarts, date-squares, fruit pies and chicken pot pie.
The fresh, home-made baking is second to none and I suggest if you ever get up to Pakenham, Ontario to stop in.

You don't think this guy has anything to do with my popularity, do ya? We do sit-ups together. I always stick to my exercises if I have a partner.

1...2...3...puff puff

What are little boys made of?

Frogs and snails
And puppy-dogs' tails, (what! well I never.)
Nigel wants nothing to do with puppy dog tails.
He stays clear of puppies. He and his sisters are now 20 days old. Boy, have they grown into some sweet little munchkins. Mom cat is starting to enjoy her window seat and gives them the boot once in awhile. She needs her space just like any mom. All in all, she has been, and still is,  a great mother.
hugs, Deb
